If something isn’t quite right you can choose between a refund or store credit* (subject to products).
 

30 Day Returns 

Items purchased from Wellbeing Physiotherapy can be returned for a refund or store credit if received in our Perth Clinic within 30 days of the despatch date on your shipping confirmation. (Excludes pillows, heat packs, orthotics and stockings) 

All items returned must be in their original condition with the original packaging.

Refunds are processed via your original payment method for the value of the goods only.  Freight and postage charges are not refundable.  You will receive a courtesy email from our Returns Department once your refund is complete.  Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear your account.

Store Credits are issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
